We know you're gonna love your purchase from Posh Equestrian. But in the event that an item is incorrect or does not fit, follow the procedures outlined below under Returns/Exchanges.

Sales Tax: All shipments outside of Maryland will not be charged sales tax. Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Shipping Note: We are sorry but due to increased shipping costs, we currently ship only within the United States and Canada.

We ship our orders directly from our warehouse located within the US or directly from the manufacturer at various locations world wide.

If shipped from our Maryland warehouse, you should receive your order in three to five days. If shipped from one of our manufacturers, it may take up to two weeks to receive your order.

If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you by email of the shipment status.

We use USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail as our standard methods of shipment (depending on item weight). Orders shipped from our suppliers are shipped via a variety of means. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You will receive the tracking number after we have shipped your order.

The tracking number may show up in the postal system as untraceable. But don't worry, it may take a day or two for the tracking number to be reflected in the mailing system. If you do not see an update on your tracking, get in touch with us via email at Posh_Equestrian@verizon.net and we will gladly check your order!

If you ordered multiple items and only one shows up: Don't worry if you receive different items of your order delivered separately, they will all reach you eventually. To expedite service, we ship out items individually depending on the location it is being shipped from. You will not be charged extra if your purchase an item from two or more warehouses, that is on us! We try to let you know via email if products will be shipped out separately.

We cannot guarantee times of arrivals. Also, as much as we would like to, we do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our facility. We can only go by what the status of the tracking number states. If you do not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We try our best to keep our inventory up to date. But due to our rapidly changing inventory on a daily basis, all items listed online are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified electronically, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

Returns/Exchanges: Hopefully you will love your purchased item from Posh Equestrian. But in the event that you need to return/exchange an item, we offer a 7 day return policy. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the sale Final. We accept returns for refund as long as the items are returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original package. It will be your responsibility to ship the item back. When making an exchange or return, please contact us by email at Posh_Equestrian@verizon.net prior to the return/exchange. Be sure to add a note to your return stating "exchange" or “return”. If making an exchange, list the new requested item including the original order number and full name in which the order was placed. If the requested item is out of stock, you will then be contacted as soon as possible and a credit will be issued. If you wish to exchange, we will contact you concerning  applicable shipping costs.  Please note that (for your protection) we do not store credit card information, so we will contact you with charge charge information for return shipping.

Taxes and Duties: All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties, and or taxes during checkout. Any fees that are due will be collected upon the delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse shipments upon delivery.) Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government in which the package is sent.
