We know you're gonna love your purchase from Posh Equestrian. Your satisfaction is our main priority. But in the event that an item is incorrect or does not fit, follow the procedures outlined below.

Sales Tax: All shipments outside of Maryland will not be charged sales tax. Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Shipping: Your item(s) will be processed in one to two business days after confirmation of payment received. If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you on the shipment status. Posh Equestrian does not ship internationally.
We use USPS priority mail as our standard method of shipment, which should arrive at your door in 2-5 business days. For heavier orders, USPS parcel post will be used and may require a few additional days.
We cannot guarantee times of arrivals. Also, as much as we would like to, we do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our facility. If you do not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Due to our rapid inventory change on a daily basis, all items listed online are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, your order will be automatically canceled and you will receive a full refund.
Returns/Exchanges: Hopefully you will love your purchased item from Posh Equestrian. But in the event that you need to return/exchange an item, we offer a 7 day return policy. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the sale final. We accept returns for credit or refund as long as the items are returned unused and in the original package. It will be your responsibility to ship the item back.
When making an exchange or return, be sure to add a note to your return stating "exchange" or “return”. If making an exchange, list the new requested item including the original order number and full name in which the order was placed. If the requested item is out of stock, you will then be contacted as soon as possible and a credit will be issued. If you wish to exchange, we will contact you concerning applicable shipping costs. Please note that (for your protection) we do not store credit card information, so we will contact you with charge charge information for return shipping.
